Let's Play

Here are some pictures of the kids playing together; they really do enjoy each others company.

Eli turned 9 months on the 22nd. He is now spinning on the ground and getting closer to crawling.

Thankfully, our paperwork has been fixed. We are now waiting to be resumitted to PGN.

Pacaya Volcano

Here are some photos from our hike up Volcano Pacaya. We had a wonderful time and it was so beautiful to see the lava flow. Kylee did great the whole hike but Eli was too small to come with us. Next time he can join us:)

Pacaya's current active phase began in 1965, and the volcano has been almost constantly in eruption since then. Eruptive activity ranges from minor gaseous emissions and quiet steam eruptions, to explosions powerful enough to hurl bombs up to 12 kilometers and necessitate the evacuation of numerous villages on the flanks of the volcano.

Wee

We have been taking the kids to a small play area at one of the resorts and they love it. It is a real treat for them because they do not have many places for kids to play here. Here are a couple of pictures of them really enjoying themselves.

Tomorrow Grady, Kylee and I are hiking up a live volcano. We get to go all the way to the lava flow. We will add some of those pictures to the blog in the next couple days.

Next week we should get an update on our case.

EARTHQUAKE

Happy New Year. Well 2008 welcomed us with an earthquake. Everything is fine. We all vacated the house once the floor and walls started to move. It was a 5.6. Here is a picture of one of the active volcanos that is near Antigua.

We are stillllllllllllllllllllllll waiting to go back into PGN.
